Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial reporting. The role supports strategic decisions by analysing performance and guaranteeing compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and coordinate with external auditors and banks.
• Prepare and analyse management reports, variance analysis and KPI monitoring.
• Maintain the general ledger, execute month‑end closing and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and monitor internal controls, risk‑management processes and cost‑optimisation initiatives.
• Provide financial insights to leadership and collaborate with other departments to improve project and campaign profitability.
• Continuously improve financial processes and implement best‑practice controls.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA are a plus.
• Proven experience in a finance leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a marketing or media environment.
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to explain financial information to non‑finance stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with finance and accounting software.
• Advanced Excel (spreadsheets) and data‑analysis tools.
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow monitoring and financial analysis.
• Experience with general ledger management, month‑end closing and financial reporting.
• Understanding of internal controls, risk management and audit coordination.
