Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the preparation of financial statements, oversee cash flow and capital expenditure, and provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership. This senior position is responsible for driving profitability through rigorous analysis, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure projects.
• Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with corporate objectives.
• Conduct scenario modeling and financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, reporting standards and internal controls.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing finance team, overseeing training and skill enhancement.
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial operations and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of corporate finance, accounting, and audit experience.
• At least 5 years of experience directly managing a finance team.
• B.Com or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Active CPA or ACCA qualification (Part II or III completed).
