Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will safeguard the organization’s financial health by overseeing reporting, planning, and strategic guidance. This role partners closely with senior leadership to provide data‑driven insights that shape key business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and conduct variance analysis.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and develop reliable financial forecasts and long‑term business plans.
• Manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and implement risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, maintain internal controls, and coordinate external audits.
• Provide strategic financial analysis to support pricing, capital investment, and other critical decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive finance/accounting experience; team‑management experience preferred.
• Professional designation such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and excellent communication skills for advising non‑finance stakeholders.
