Finance Manager – Automotive Industry

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead day‑to‑day financial operations and reporting for our automotive business in Myanmar. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and provide strategic insight for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing processes and prepare IFRS‑compliant financial statements.
• Lead annual external audit and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Consolidate multi‑entity results for management reporting and group presentations.
• Manage daily accounting functions including AP, AR, GL and payroll.
• Control cash flow, working capital, inventory valuation and credit facilities.
• Develop and enforce internal control policies, SOPs and financial governance tailored to automotive risks.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on expertise with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Proven experience in the automotive sector (dealership, assembly, distribution or manufacturing).
• Fluent Mandarin (business level) and fluent English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese shareholders and regional partners.
