Job description
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day financial operations, including data entry, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle invoicing, payment processing, and petty cash transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and other departments for financial-related matters.
- Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial analysis.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (LCCI/ACCA qualification preferred).
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and a proactive working attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software.
