Finance Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Executive to assist in managing day‑to‑day financial operations, support reporting, and handle invoicing and cash transactions. The role involves maintaining accurate records and collaborating with banks, auditors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing day‑to‑day financial operations, including data entry, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle invoicing, payment processing, and petty cash transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records in compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and other departments for financial‑related matters.
• Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (LCCI/ACCA qualification preferred).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and a proactive working attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software.
