Finance Director

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Finance Director to join a well‑established FMCG manufacturing company in Myanmar. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will act as a true business partner, shaping financial strategy and supporting the company’s next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive financial strategy aligned with expansion plans.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, operations and regional stakeholders to turn financial insight into actionable decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting at the business unit or country level.
• Provide financial analysis that supports new market entry and business growth.
• Represent finance at the senior leadership table and influence strategic direction.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including senior leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of supporting business expansion.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across commercial, operations and regional leadership.
• Fluent in English with proficiency in Myanmar language and local market knowledge.
