Fiber Rollout Manager

About the role

The Fiber Rollout Manager will lead end‑to‑end fiber deployment projects, overseeing everything from planning to commissioning. This role coordinates civil works, splicing, testing and works closely with engineering, procurement and regulatory authorities to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead FTTH/FTTx, backbone and access network rollout projects from planning through delivery.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources and KPIs while monitoring risks.
• Coordinate civil works, fiber laying, splicing, testing and commissioning activities.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors and field operations to meet quality and HSE standards.
• Prepare progress reports and provide updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 7–12+ years of experience in telecom fiber rollout or infrastructure project management.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale, multi‑site telecom projects and contractor/vendor relationships.
