Facility Officer

About the role

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Facility Officer to oversee preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement of its office buildings, warehouses, and associated machinery. The role ensures safe, efficient operations while complying with HSSE, 5S, GMP, and ISO quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date SOPs and coordinate changes with Operations and Quality teams.
• Plan, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance for equipment such as generators, AC units, cold‑room compressors, reach trucks, and fire‑extinguishers.
• Supervise repair work performed by internal technicians or external vendors, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Report equipment breakdowns promptly and take corrective actions.
• Ensure all warehouse facilities remain clean, safe, and meet quality standards, including regular housekeeping inspections.
• Conduct racking inspections and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on abnormal failures and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate with WH, Transport, and other teams to avoid disruption of regular operations.

Required profile

• Experience in facility or building maintenance within a regulated environment.
• Ability to manage suppliers and service providers effectively.
• Strong understanding of HSSE, 5S, GMP, and ISO quality requirements.
• Proactive attitude with excellent problem‑solving skills.
