Executive – Sales Support & Customer Service

About the role

The Executive – Sales Support & Customer Service will act as a bridge between the sales teams and customers, ensuring accurate product information, quotations, and ongoing support throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update all sales‑team tools to ensure current and compliant information.
• Assist customers in selecting products that match their needs, specifications and interests.
• Develop and nurture relationships with targeted and existing accounts.
• Prepare accurate quotations and configurations according to bid specifications and customer deadlines.
• Respond to pricing, availability, and product‑use inquiries, providing creative ideas and samples.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
• Support sales activities such as attending exhibitions, sales visits, and researching new sales opportunities.
• Coordinate sales leads with overseas network agents and expand the prospect database.
• Work rates with carriers and vendors, submit RFQs promptly, and deliver monthly reports.
• Handle two global key accounts and contribute to the Group P‑LMS project team for enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customer service or sales support.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations, pricing, RFQ management and customer relationship management.
• Proven experience managing key accounts and coordinating with overseas agents and carriers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
