Executive, Organizational Development

About the role

The Executive, Organizational Development will drive initiatives that strengthen our organisational capability, boost employee engagement and support talent acquisition, learning and development. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement DE&I strategies, manage recruitment processes and coordinate training programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategies and coordinate the annual employee engagement survey.
• Organise employee engagement activities, culture initiatives and corporate events.
• Provide administrative support for performance management and other OD initiatives.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
• Contribute to employer branding, talent attraction and retention projects.
• Coordinate learning and development programmes, including logistics, scheduling, venue arrangements and participant communication.
• Support leadership development, mentoring, coaching and talent development initiatives.
• Maintain training records, evaluate learning effectiveness and generate reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition or Learning & Development.
• Experience with employee engagement initiatives, performance management and training coordination.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Myanmar.
