Executive, Channel Marketing

About the role

The Executive, Channel Marketing will support the Channel Marketing Manager in driving visibility, activation and promotion activities across off‑trade channels. This role ensures high customer satisfaction and aligns field sales with marketing plans.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor visibility, activation and promotion initiatives for off‑trade (TOFT, MOFT) and report results.
• Develop and present channel marketing presentations at sales conferences and meetings.
• Manage procurement of POSM, premiums and giveaways, securing brand approval.
• Provide training to field sales teams on trade‑marketing principles.
• Design promotional plans that fit the sales cycle and maintain strong relationships with advertising and media partners.
• Optimize trade‑marketing processes, track competitor activities and manage POS/POP allocation.
• Prepare monthly claims for settlement and undertake additional sales and marketing tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• University graduate with at least 2 years of experience in channel marketing within FMCG or beer environments.
• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end visibility campaigns.
• Experience managing POSM production, logistics and third‑party suppliers.
• Strong retail marketing background with B2C brands.
• Fluent in English and major Burmese dialects.
