English Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join our on‑site team at I Can Read English and Oodles Math learning centres. You will work with young learners, delivering our I Can Read Literacy curriculum and supporting their development in English writing, communication, and grammar.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver I Can Read Literacy courses to young children.
• Monitor student progress and take corrective actions as needed.
• Provide ad‑hoc replacement lessons and one‑to‑one tutoring sessions.
• Conduct parent‑teacher meetings and briefings on an as‑needed basis.
• Participate in additional training sessions when required.
• Assist with miscellaneous duties related to classroom management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, English Literature, Linguistics, Education, Early Childhood Studies, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
