About the role
I Can Read centres provide English literacy courses for students aged 2 to 12 years old. In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of customer service officers and teachers to deliver high-quality education and customer service to students and parents, while implementing key projects to drive enrollment and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate files for auditing.
- Improve customer experience and retention.
- Drive sales growth and revenue generation.
- Assist young students in the centre.
- Ensure the centres are maintained to high standard of cleanliness.
- Manage a team of customer service officer and teachers.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferably from any other customer centric industries, school, banks, front desk officer, sales officer.
- Kind and nurturing approach when interacting with children.
- Professional and courteous manner when communicating with parents/guardians.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Willing to work weekends and three weekdays.
