Education & Client Relations Executive

About the role

Swann Education is looking for an Education & Client Relations Executive to manage the full client journey for students from onboarding to enrolment and service completion. You will act as the main point of contact for students and their families, ensuring a smooth and high‑quality experience throughout the application, visa and admission processes.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients from initial consultation through applications, enrolment and service completion.
• Coordinate education applications, manage documentation, deadlines and communication with partner schools and universities.
• Assist clients with visa preparation, track requirements and keep them informed of progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents and external partners, addressing enquiries and issues promptly.
• Monitor daily operational progress and report status, actions, deadlines and escalations to the General Manager.
• Support broader business initiatives such as marketing, events, process improvements and business development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• Previous experience in education, client relations, customer service, operations, admissions or a similar role.
• Strong interest in international education and helping students and families navigate study abroad options.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with students, parents and partners.
