E-Money Operations Supervisor

About the role

The E-Money Operations Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day management of digital wallet accounts, transactions and compliance activities. This role ensures smooth account lifecycle handling, accurate transaction reconciliation and timely execution of business campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage creation, update and closure of wallet accounts, perform KYC verification and enforce account locking or suspension per compliance directives.
• Conduct daily transaction reconciliation, flag discrepancies and coordinate with finance, billing and settlement teams.
• Process e‑money creation transactions through the portal and support manual reconciliation efforts.
• Execute business campaign disbursements and track corporate or client fund movements.
• Ensure all operations adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements, collaborating with Customer Care and other internal teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in wallet/fintech/banking operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior capacity.
• Strong understanding of wallet processes such as registration, KYC, transactions, disputes and risk monitoring.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities to guide teams and meet service‑level agreements.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with reconciliation tools and files.
• Proficiency in ticketing systems for issue tracking.
• Familiarity with wallet platforms and related operational tools.
