E-Commerce Supervisor

About the role

The E‑Commerce Supervisor manages and supports e‑commerce sales activities, online platforms, promotions, and digital sales channels to achieve business and sales objectives. The role monitors performance, coordinates online orders and stock availability, supports promotional campaigns, and identifies growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and develop new online outlets and sales channels.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly e‑commerce sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance by SKU, platform, customer, promotion and channel.
• Manage existing e‑commerce platforms and online sales accounts, and support development of new platforms.
• Handle online orders received through social media and digital channels, ensuring accurate processing.
• Develop and coordinate online promotion plans and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Monitor stock availability, coordinate with teams to ensure sufficient product availability.
• Prepare regular e‑commerce sales and performance reports, analysing trends and providing insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e‑commerce, FMCG sales, digital sales or marketplace management.
• Experience working with e‑commerce platforms and online promotions.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of FMCG sales, pricing, promotions, distribution and trade margins.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
