Digital Marketing Specialist Internship

About the role

Join Passion Design & Media as a Digital Marketing Specialist Intern and support the creation and execution of online campaigns for a variety of clients. This on‑site position in Myanmar offers hands‑on experience across social media, search and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and launching digital marketing campaigns across social media, search and display platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content for multiple social media channels.
• Support online advertising activities, including ad set creation and budget monitoring.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile basic analytics reports.
• Collaborate with designers and team members to optimise creative assets.
• Help manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in social media and online marketing.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and basic web analytics.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related field.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with popular social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Experience with digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Basic web analytics knowledge.
• Basic design or content creation tools (advantageous).
