Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager at AGD Bank will lead the development and execution of online marketing initiatives that boost the bank’s digital presence and drive product sales. You will work across multiple channels, from social media to paid search, to create cohesive, data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media, email and display advertising.
• Maintain and grow the bank’s social media presence on all platforms.
• Monitor Google rankings, analyse performance data and produce regular insight reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create landing pages, visual assets and video scripts.
• Develop and execute creative product promotion strategies and content.
• Track campaign budgets, identify trends and adjust spend for maximum ROI.
• Support public‑relations activities, including press releases and media communications.
• Oversee monthly content calendar, assign tasks to the team and present performance results to the Head of Marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, Graphic Design or English.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑channel campaigns and work with cross‑functional teams.
