Digital Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager or Assistant Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital strategies across our portfolio. The role focuses on strengthening brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting commercial objectives through integrated online campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch integrated digital campaigns across social media, search, email, and website channels.
• Plan, manage, and optimise paid media on Meta, Google and other platforms to maximise ROI.
• Prepare media plans, budgets and performance reports, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to maintain content calendars aligned with brand positioning.
• Monitor and report KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversions and lead generation.
• Coordinate website development and optimisation with external developers.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners and vendors to ensure quality and budget compliance.
• Support SEO, SEM, Google Business Profile and website content management.
• Identify emerging digital trends and AI‑powered solutions to improve efficiency.
• Work with sales, operations, HR and other units on campaigns for promotions, events, recruitment and corporate initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, Communications or related field.
• Professional digital‑marketing certification (Google, Meta, HubSpot) preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in digital, performance or integrated marketing communications.
• Experience managing multiple brands or business units; hospitality or luxury sector background is a plus.
