Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will ensure KBZ Bank adopts best‑in‑class digital, social and direct marketing practices while driving a data‑centric approach across all products and services. Working closely with business units and marketing partners, the role plans, executes, optimises and reports on campaigns that boost customer engagement and reinforce the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid digital campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads and emerging channels.
• Manage official social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Viber, YouTube, TikTok), publishing content, engaging audiences and tracking performance.
• Monitor and analyse paid media, SEM, social and website metrics; produce regular reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate website content updates for KBZ Bank, KBZPay and Premium Banking sites, working with business units and technology teams.
• Obtain budget approvals, track spend and recommend reallocations based on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with product, technology, agencies and other partners to deliver and continuously improve digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a digital marketing or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices and data‑driven optimisation.
