Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and data‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to join Success Admissions in Yangon. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will design and run multi‑channel campaigns, manage our social media presence and help grow the “Success” brand among students and parents.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise marketing campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram using data‑driven strategies.
• Write persuasive copy for social posts, blogs, newsletters and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with creators to produce Gen‑Z‑friendly content that resonates with the target audience.
• Support brand‑building activities such as exclusive events, seminars and school visits.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results and adjust tactics quickly to improve outcomes.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure high‑quality, on‑brand leads.

Required profile

• Strong writing ability with a “less is more” copy style.
• Deep understanding of current social media trends in Myanmar.
• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content writing, branding or social media management; experience in education or premium services is a plus.
• Fluent in Burmese and highly proficient in English.
