Digital Analyst – Power BI & Power Automate

About the role

The Digital Analyst will turn business questions into actionable insights, interactive Power BI dashboards and automated workflows using Power Automate. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions are practical, governed and deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyse data from multiple sources to generate insights for commercial, finance, supply‑chain and leadership decisions.
• Design, build, publish and maintain Power BI dashboards, including data modelling, DAX measures and visual optimisation.
• Identify manual, repetitive processes and develop Power Automate workflows to reduce effort and risk.
• Support data quality checks, reconciliation and documentation of datasets, KPIs and business rules.
• Provide user training, troubleshooting and adoption support for dashboards and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project scope, milestones and success criteria.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Data, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or digital transformation.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into analytical specifications and clear communication of results.
• Experience working with commercial, finance, supply‑chain or operations stakeholders.
• Focus on practical delivery, user adoption and measurable business impact.

Required skills

• Power BI – data modelling, DAX, report design and refresh management.
• Power Automate – workflow design, testing, deployment and monitoring.
• SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Advanced Excel and Power Query for data preparation.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Dataverse or Azure data services (preferred).
• Understanding of data governance, access control and privacy principles.
