Customer Service Executive (Contract Based)

About the role

We are looking for a Contract‑based Customer Service Executive to assist clients at our service counter and through various communication channels. You will provide accurate information on life‑insurance policies, support policy delivery processes, and ensure a positive experience for both external customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist walk‑in customers, answer emails, phone calls and other inquiries with accurate policy information.
• Coordinate policy collection, dispatch, delivery arrangements and obtain customer acknowledgments.
• Maintain policy contracts and update customer records in relevant systems.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers, financial advisers, agents and internal teams.
• Make outbound calls for follow‑up, confirmation and additional support when needed.
• Escalate complaints promptly to appropriate departments for resolution.
• Document all interactions, ensure data accuracy and generate reports for process improvement.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Knowledge of life‑insurance products and policy servicing processes is an advantage.
