Customer Service & Documentation Executive

About the role

The Customer Service & Documentation Executive will support the Head Office’s logistics operations, acting as the main liaison between customers, carriers, and customs brokers. This role ensures smooth end‑to‑end shipment handling while maintaining accurate documentation and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate sea and air export, import, and cross‑border shipments from booking to delivery.
• Liaise directly with customers, suppliers, shipping lines, and customs brokers to arrange and monitor cargo movements.
• Schedule shipments, manage bookings, and track real‑time cargo status.
• Resolve operational issues promptly while ensuring full compliance with documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and related paperwork.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Myanmar.
• Excellent teamwork, problem‑solving attitude, and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite.
