About the role

We are seeking a Customer Relations Executive to engage with customers, answer their queries, and support client acquisition in Myanmar. This fully remote position focuses on delivering excellent service through live chat and voice communication.

Key responsibilities

Communicate with customers via live chat and voice messages.
Explain services, answer questions, and handle objections.
Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication.
Track activities and results in the CRM system.

Required profile

Fluent in Burmese and English.
Experience in sales, client relations, or chat support.
Strong communication and objection‑handling abilities.
Basic computer proficiency.
