Curriculum and Capacity Building Lead

About the role

Thate Pan Hub Project Team is looking for an experienced professional to join our Digital Wellbeing Project and provide technical leadership in curriculum development, contextualization, training, and capacity building.

Key responsibilities

• Lead curriculum contextualization, localization, translation, and adaptation
• Develop and quality‑assure training related tools and IEC materials
• Design and facilitate Training of Trainers (ToT)
• Support and manage Master Trainers and facilitators
• Provide technical support for educator, parent and community capacity building
• Ensure youth‑centered, inclusive and safeguarding‑sensitive learning approaches
• Support LMS/blended learning and curriculum quality assurance
• Contribute to monitoring, learning and project reporting

Required profile

• 3+ years of relevant experience in curriculum development, training or capacity building
• Strong experience in ToT and trainer/facilitator management
• Experience in curriculum localization and learning/IEC material development
• Experience working with young people, educators, parents or communities
• Knowledge of digital wellbeing, digital literacy, online safety or child protection is an advantage
