CRM Manager

About the role

Avomind is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to build and lead its customer relationship management function from the ground up. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in fast‑paced, remote environments and wants to drive customer engagement, retention, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale the company's CRM function from scratch, defining strategy, processes, and technology.
• Own implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot).
• Design and automate customer journeys, lead nurturing programs, and communication workflows.
• Partner with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to align CRM with business objectives.
• Maintain high standards of data quality, governance, and reporting, and develop dashboards to monitor pipeline health and campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on CRM experience with end‑to‑end ownership of initiatives.
• Background in B2B or professional services environments.
• Proven success in building or scaling a CRM function from the ground up.
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross‑functional stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM platform) implementation and configuration.
• Marketing automation and customer lifecycle management.
• Data management, segmentation, and reporting.
