Credit Analyst – Relationship Manager

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Myanmar focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of corporate and SME clients, acting as the primary contact for their banking and credit needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assess creditworthiness and perform financial and risk analysis for corporate and SME clients.
• Prepare credit proposals, structure appropriate credit facilities, and monitor loan performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities for CB Bank products and services.
• Maintain regular reporting, documentation, and participation in internal credit reviews.

Required profile

• Strong skills in financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk evaluation for corporate and SME clients.
• Experience in client relationship and portfolio management within banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of corporate finance, lending products, banking operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively on‑site in Myanmar and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
