Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

The Corporate Sales Manager leads and motivates a corporate sales team to achieve defined sales targets. This role combines strategic planning, client engagement, and hands‑on coaching to drive new business and maintain existing corporate relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Set individual and team sales targets and develop action plans to meet them.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance of each team member.
• Accompany sales staff on corporate client appointments to support presentations, negotiations and closing.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and training during client meetings.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of corporate leads and actively prospect new business through visits, networking and referrals.
• Support team members in building their own pipelines and converting prospects.
• Track each employee’s pipeline, follow‑up activities and conversion progress.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and identify performance gaps.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline and performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and insurance regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance Sales, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance, corporate sales, business development or relationship management.
• Valid Life Insurance License.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets under pressure.
