Corporate Relationship Manager – Corporate Sales

Join A Life Insurance as a Corporate Relationship Manager, leading the corporate sales team to drive growth and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the Corporate Sales Team to meet assigned sales targets.
• Set individual and team targets, develop action plans and monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance.
• Accompany sales staff on corporate client appointments to support presentations, negotiations and closing.
• Provide coaching and on‑the‑job training during client meetings.
• Develop and maintain a personal pipeline of corporate leads and generate new business opportunities.
• Prospect through client visits, networking, referrals and business development activities.
• Support team members in building their pipelines and converting prospects.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline and performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and insurance regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance Sales, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in life insurance, corporate sales, business development or relationship management.
• Valid Life Insurance License.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets under pressure.
• Professional attitude with a customer‑service mindset.
