Consulting Manager

About the role

The Consulting Manager will lead and grow the sales and immigration consulting teams, ensuring the company meets its key performance indicators and expands its market presence in Mandalay. This role works closely with the Group CEO, Regional Consulting Director, finance, marketing, and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve overall business KPIs and sales targets.
• Advise the Group CEO and Regional Consulting Director on strategies to strengthen presence in Mandalay.
• Analyze performance variances, initiate corrective actions, and implement financial controls with the finance team.
• Build, lead, and motivate high‑performing immigration consultants to consistently meet KPIs.
• Ensure operational efficiency, policy adherence, and compliance with service quality standards.
• Collaborate with consultants to assess client eligibility for immigration visas and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare action plans, monitor sales activity, and coordinate with marketing to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Strategize marketing budgets and develop coaching and training programs for sales and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, post‑graduate diploma, or professional degree.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a similar field.
• Proven track record of leading high‑performing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin Chinese, and native Burmese.
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
