Condo Sales Manager – Broadband Services

About the role

5BB Broadband, a leading ISP in Myanmar, is expanding its Condo & Housing channel. The Condo Sales Manager will lead the Yangon residential sales team, build partnerships with developers and property managers, and ensure 5BB becomes the preferred broadband provider in residential complexes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Yangon Residential Sales Team to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and secure new partnership opportunities with housing communities, property management firms, and developers.
• Maintain strong relationships with residential communities, management committees, and related partners.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve sales effectiveness.
• Monitor competitor activities, analyse market trends and provide actionable insights.
• Set individual and team KPIs, track performance and report regularly to HODs and the Board.
• Plan and oversee outdoor promotions and lead‑generation activities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales‑management experience in telecom, ISP or property‑related sectors.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team to exceed targets.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication and leadership capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
