Coaching Team Lead – Myanmar

About the role

The Coaching Team Lead will manage the coaching team at Wall Street English Myanmar’s Myanmar Plaza branch. This role focuses on driving student success, optimizing class utilization, and delivering an exceptional learning experience for our learners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare personalized study plans and monitor student progress, ensuring coaches address off‑track learners.
• Coordinate class bookings with the Head of Teaching, maximize class utilization, and promote student attendance.
• Handle student complaints, maintain a supportive classroom environment, and enforce high customer‑service standards.
• Plan centre‑level events with the Event Coordinator, stimulate attendance, and drive internal revenue targets.
• Set team goals, coach and appraise staff, manage schedules, punctuality, and overall performance.
• Support hiring and training of new coaches, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Myanmar citizen eligible to work in Myanmar.
• Strong passion for people development and student success.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of coaches or educators.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to monitor performance metrics and implement improvement actions.
