CM Technician (West Bago)

About the role

We are looking for a Corrective Maintenance (CM) Technician to respond quickly to site down and fault alarms across telecom sites in the West Bago area. The role involves inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing power and equipment to restore network services as fast as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve site down/fault alarms by performing on‑site inspections and corrective maintenance.
• Test and maintain generators, rectifiers, battery banks, AC units and overall power systems, following SOPs.
• Collaborate with NOC and technical teams to diagnose faults and ensure rapid resolution.
• Prepare and submit fault status updates and maintenance reports in a timely manner.
• Adhere strictly to safety rules, procedures and on‑call/night‑shift duties as required.

Required profile

• Prior experience with telecom power systems and site maintenance.
• Ability to work independently on field sites and travel to locations as needed.
• Willingness to perform on‑call and night‑shift duties.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
