About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Chat Operator fluent in Burmese and English to join our international customer support team. In this role you will interact with customers through our live chat platform, providing timely assistance and ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via chat, answering questions and providing accurate information.
- Assist with customer requests and resolve issues in real time.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve service quality.
Required profile
- Excellent written communication skills in both Burmese and English.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Comfortable working with CRM and chat tools.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Proficiency with chat support platforms.
