Cash Management Associate

About the role

The Cash Management Associate supports the institution by handling cash and bank transactions, maintaining relationships with multiple banks, and assisting the supervisor in managing inflows, outflows, and liquidity planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all cash inflows and outflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of cash and bank transactions and reconcile accounts regularly.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with multiple banking institutions.
• Prepare and implement detailed liquidity plans to support operational cash needs.
• Coordinate inter‑company banking transactions for loan disbursements and collections across branches and the head office.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, statistics, or business management (preferred).
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
