Cash and Voucher Program Specialist (RISE Project)

About the role

The Cash and Voucher Program Specialist will lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of cash and voucher assistance within the RISE Project in Myanmar. This role ensures that commodity management meets World Vision and donor standards while supporting vulnerable communities to achieve food security.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain commodity management in line with World Vision and donor requirements.
• Coordinate with local partners, NGOs, and government agencies to conduct accurate food security and market assessments.
• Record and analyse data for assistance programmes, ensuring consistency for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with programme and technical teams to design effective food and cash interventions.
• Support capacity building for World Vision staff, partners, and national authorities.
• Oversee support staff, providing guidance to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Engage partners in proposal development and ensure compliance with partnership processes.
• Negotiate with donors and support offices to secure favourable contract terms.
• Maintain a comprehensive commodity tracking system and cash operation procedures.
• Coordinate narrative and financial reporting with senior managers and sector coordinators.

Required profile

• Proven experience in humanitarian cash or voucher programmes.
• Strong knowledge of food security analysis and market assessment methodologies.
• Ability to work with diverse partners, including NGOs and government bodies.
• Excellent data management and reporting skills.
• Experience in capacity‑building and staff supervision.
