Campaigns & Media Senior Manager

About the role

The Campaigns & Media Senior Manager will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of corporate campaigns and offline media across the organisation. Reporting to the Marketing and Communication Director, the role ensures brand consistency and drives measurable impact on brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee corporate brand, CSR and product campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of Above‑The‑Line (ATL) and Out‑of‑Home (OOH) media campaigns, providing strategic guidance on media formats and consumer trends.
• Manage the annual brand communication budget, approve procurement and monitor spend against strategic priorities.
• Mentor and develop the Media & Campaign team, fostering cross‑functional collaboration with creative, digital and marketing departments.
• Track campaign performance, media effectiveness and consumer engagement, reporting insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years experience in communications or marketing, with at least 4 years in brand and corporate communications within a large organisation.
• Strong understanding of brand, corporate communications and media management disciplines.
• Proven analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with effective project‑management skills.
• Fluent in Burmese and English.
• Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or a Bachelor’s degree with a relevant diploma.
