Campaign Senior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Campaign Senior Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end communication process for U9 marketing campaigns. The role works within the Marketing Communications department, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and deliver the end‑to‑end campaign communication process.
• Work closely with stakeholders to plan campaign touchpoints and creative direction.
• Liaise with external agencies and internal creative teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Develop and review campaign scripts and materials.
• Obtain necessary approvals and distribute materials to stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign launches across agreed touchpoints and timelines.
• Track consumer feedback and report to relevant teams for action.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in marketing or brand communication.
• Proven project management abilities.
• Knowledge of communication disciplines.
• Fluency in Myanmar and English.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, internet and email.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a multicultural environment.
• Bachelor’s degree; certification or diploma in Marketing or Business Administration.
