Business Development Senior Executive – Fintech & Digital Payments

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Senior Executive to drive growth of our fintech, card and digital payment solutions, including Biller Services, Marketplace Integrations and uabpay.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business partners for Biller Services, Marketplace Integrations and uabpay digital payment solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners and clients.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
• Negotiate and close partnership deals to meet business targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and implementation.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitiveness.
• Support the growth and expansion of fintech, card and digital payment services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, fintech or digital payments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset and passion for digital financial products.
