BSS OSS Infrastructure Manager

About the role

The BSS/OSS Infrastructure Manager will lead and manage the operation, optimisation and continuous improvement of telecom business support systems and infrastructure platforms to ensure reliable, secure and high‑availability services for FTTH operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end management of BSS/OSS platforms including Billing, CRM, Subscription Management and ERP.
• Oversee automated service provisioning and activation workflows for FTTH services.
• Collaborate with Network and Technical teams to troubleshoot operational issues and ensure system stability.
• Monitor performance, data integrity and generate daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Manage billing operations such as invoice generation, payment verification and issue resolution.
• Administer on‑premises and cloud environments (VMware, Dell VxRail, GCP/AWS, Kubernetes, Rancher, OpenShift).
• Design and maintain Data Center Disaster Recovery (DCDR) strategies.
• Lead observability initiatives using Prometheus, Grafana and Zabbix.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Telecom, ISP or FTTH environments.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively in English.

Required skills

• Expertise in BSS/OSS architecture and telecom billing cycles.
• Hands‑on experience with Billing and CRM systems.
• VMware vSphere administration.
• Public cloud platforms GCP and AWS.
• Kubernetes, Rancher and OpenShift container orchestration.
• Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix.
• Oracle Database management.
• Storage solutions: SAN/NAS, Ceph, Dell VxRail.
