Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will develop and execute annual brand plans and marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives. This role works closely with sales, trade marketing, and cross‑functional teams to drive brand growth and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual brand plans, positioning, target audience, and key messages.
• Set brand objectives, KPIs and monitor performance against targets.
• Manage product portfolio, lifecycle, and identify new product opportunities.
• Coordinate packaging development and product improvement initiatives.
• Prepare, manage and monitor annual marketing budgets, track spending and evaluate ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing to drive distribution, visibility and sales growth.
• Develop and execute consumer promotions and trade marketing activities.
• Support product listing negotiations and in‑store visibility initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or FMCG.
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies and consumer promotional campaigns.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation and project management skills.
• Strategic thinking with strong commercial and business acumen.
