Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies for Myanmar Oasis Manufacturing, strengthening market presence and supporting business objectives. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Yangon and works closely with sales, marketing, and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform brand decisions.
• Plan, launch, and monitor brand campaigns across digital, offline, and trade channels.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Oversee brand identity on packaging, advertising, digital platforms, and trade materials.
• Monitor brand performance, prepare performance reports, and recommend adjustments.
• Manage external agencies or vendors and support senior leadership with brand‑related presentations.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in brand strategy, positioning, and development.
• Experience in marketing planning and multi‑channel campaign execution.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and industry trends.
• Proficiency in both digital and offline marketing communications.
• Excellent project‑management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Relevant brand‑management experience in manufacturing or FMCG is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Yangon with a hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach.
