Brand Executive – Marketing & Brand Management

About the role

The Brand Executive supports the Brand Manager in developing and executing brand plans, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to strengthen brand health, equity, sales, and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing annual brand and category plans, monthly reports, business reviews and presentations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance and other Marketing teams to ensure timely execution of brand initiatives.
• Monitor consumer insights, market trends, competitor activities and category developments.
• Work with advertising and creative agencies to develop marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
• Support planning, monitoring and tracking of brand marketing budgets.
• Help plan and execute brand activations, promotional campaigns and consumer engagement programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG, food, beverage or consumer goods.
• Good understanding of brand management principles, consumer behavior and in‑market execution.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market trends, competitor activity and campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
