Brand Executive - Brand Development

About the role

Run and assist in executing brand and communication campaigns within the strategic direction. The role works closely with the internal Media team, Creative and Digital agencies on day‑to‑day brand communication activities.

Key responsibilities

• Run and assist in executing brand and communication campaigns within the strategic direction.
• Work closely with the internal Media team, Creative and Digital agencies on day‑to‑day brand communication activities.
• Assist in brand‑building campaigns and collaborate with Production, Brand Activation, Sales, Consumer Insight, Procurement, Finance, Advertising Agencies, and Suppliers.
• Act as the key contact for the Brand Activation counterpart.
• Ensure operational deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on market trends, market share, volume achievements, and competitive activities.
• Conduct market visits to ensure brand experience delivery with the Activation team.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and brand presentations.
• Manage third‑party contracts with suppliers, including renewal, drafting, and payment term negotiation.
• Monitor brand development budgets and track spending.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3–4 years of brand experience in FMCG or Alcohol Beverage industries.
• Ability to create and implement effective brand strategies aligned with business goals.
• Good marketing knowledge and digital skills.
• Strong operations management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Fluent in English with good presentation skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to support brand positioning.
