About the role
Prudential seeks a Bancassurance Associate to drive life insurance sales outside Yangon. You will work closely with branch managers and bank staff to convert leads and support customers.
Key responsibilities
- Close sales leads, including walk‑in customers, to maximize conversion rates.
- Support Branch Managers in achieving life insurance sales targets.
- Educate bank staff on life insurance products to generate quality leads.
- Provide detailed sales data and insights to Branch Managers for strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the bank’s sales and service teams to handle customer inquiries and claims.
- Maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Participate in joint promotional activities organized by the bank and Prudential.
