About the role
Prudential is seeking a Bancassurance Associate to drive life insurance sales within bank branches, building relationships with bank staff and customers while supporting the overall insurance business.
Key responsibilities
- Sell insurance products at bank branches and maintain relationships with banks and customers.
- Generate life insurance leads for bank staff and close sales from walk‑in and branch referrals.
- Support branch managers in driving life insurance business and provide sales data.
- Collaborate with bank sales and service teams to address customer queries and service claims.
- Participate in joint promotional activities between the bank and insurance company.
Required profile
- Graduate, preferably in Business, Economics or Banking.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banks, insurance or related sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with partner banks and branch staff.
