B2B Sales Executive – Fiber Internet Solutions

About the role

MaxxB Fiber Internet is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to drive growth of its high‑speed fiber connectivity and ICT solutions for business customers. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, helping them enhance productivity through reliable network services.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the company’s B2B service portfolio, including connectivity, ICT products and managed solutions.
• Identify and act on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities with existing customers to increase revenue.
• Conduct regular client visits, maintain up‑to‑date customer profiles, and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Accurately manage personal sales processes, reporting and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with department heads to suggest improvements in sales systems and procedures.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience selling internet or telecom services in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer loyalty.
