About the role

We are seeking a motivated and technically minded B2B ICT Solutions Engineer to join our team and deliver ICT solutions and technical services to business customers. This role offers hands‑on experience with enterprise‑level technologies and the chance to work directly with customers on real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of B2B ICT solutions.
• Assist with installation, testing, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Support site surveys and capture customer technical requirements.
• Prepare basic technical documents and reports.
• Learn and support various ICT and network technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields.
